What time is check in?Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?Where availability allows, we are sometimes able to offer an early check-in or later departure for an additional charge. Please get in touch before your stay and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do we check in?We offer a flexible arrival experience to suit your preferences. If you would like a personal welcome, we would be delighted to meet you on arrival and show you around your pod and answer any questions you may have or if you would prefer a more private check in, that is absolutely fine too.
We will send you all the information you need before your stay and we will always be nearby during your stay should you need anything.
Do I need to pay in full when I book?A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 28 days before your arrival.
If you are booking within 28 days of your stay, the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
You will also be asked to register a payment card so we can hold a security deposit pre-authorisation.
How many guests can the pods accommodate?Each of our luxury glamping pods have been thoughtfully designed for 2 adults.
Are children & pets allowed?This is an adults only glamping destination and guests must be over 18 to stay with us.
As much as we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets in the pods or anywhere on site.
